The chin can be made broader or narrower .The plastic surgeon can usually insert the implant (chin prosthesis or jaw implant) via the underside of the chin or via the inside of the mouth,it can be done even by local anesthesia. A suitable prosthesis is put in a place by the cut about 3-5 cm.

‎Bringing the chin bone forward

In this method, the chin bone is cut by special device and brought towards according to pre-assessment and then will be fixed with special screws at the new location. This will enhance the natural form of chin and cause more beauty.

There must be a dressing on the chin for two days after surgery, then you can remove it and have your daily food routine but avoid heavy hits to your chin.

The surgery to make chin smaller

In some people, the length of the chin is more than normal. In this case the surgery will be performed after assessment of the patient’s dental condition.During the surgery, the chin bone is cut and some parts of it may be removed. Or it can be moved backwards and then fixed.
